Dallas Weekend Wrap Up- CONCERT!

Sunday was our last full day in Dallas & us girls enjoyed napping the entire day! We literally stayed in bed all day lounging around Amber's house watching E on TV & telling stories. We did get out for an hour to hit up some lunch at this fabulous little place called, "Zoe's Kitchen". It was so quaint & delicious!

First, we got an adorbs picture of our kids!  Our husbands took the kids out on the boat while we were gone & the text from Amy's hubb said, "New Kids on the Dock".  We died!  Too cute!

How cute that they put them in order too?  Love our hubbs!

We got all dolled up for the concert & headed out to dinner in Dallas later that evening.

We enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Sfuzzi in Uptown, amazing Italian food!

Then it was off to the concert!

We were seriously giggling so hard at this point!

We walked in wondering what kind of seats we had & we kept walking, walking & walking lower & lower to realize we had seats in the front row of the bottom section!  AMAZING!

Jordin Sparks opened the show for NKOTBSB!  What a doll!

At this point the crowd was screaming "NKOTBSB"... as I proceed to be escorted by security because of my camera.  Apparently we weren't allowed to have large camera's, but noone told us as we checked in.  I was so nervous I was going to miss something.  I have never ran so fast in my life back to my seat!

And boom, the concert begins.  I loved the opening & went CRAZY watching this part! AMAZING because I am fulfilling my childhood dream!

I was just so happy by this point!

And now, we are finally figuring out that one of them is going to come sing IN FRONT OF US!

I am still working on the video we took from our phones that shows him running towards us & smiling singing to us... coming soon promise!

Meet Jordan- my fav NKOTB boy!

Can you say "crazy Momma's having fun?"  YES!!!

{These were all on our cell phones}

We screamed so loud at the concert that I was literally almost losing my voice right after the concert.  My ears were ringing until Tuesday!

Afterwards we headed over to the W Hotel for some after concert fun!  Everyone was there after the concert because they were all going to be there for an after party.

It was beautiful!

Amy's dress- PERFECT for the concert, glowing all night!

We all grabbed some Tshirts after the show to wear home!

Even though the wind was crazy afterwards, I loved this picture of 3 precious friends of mine after an amazing night of FUN!

And a perfect end to a perfect weekend.  I have to say, I feel so blessed by these girls. It's truly hard to come by good true friendships at my age & I feel so blessed that God has brought us all into each other's lives.  We have so much in commen with our families, our friends, our children... mostly we just love to have a good time with lots of laughs & I am so thankful for that.

These last few are blurry because of a lack of focus again, GEEZ!  But you get the picture with our matching shirts in front of our deckd out NKOTB car!

Amber came back to Arkansas with us to see family & friends & spend the 4th of July with all of us!

We had a few stops on our long drive home!  First was a Mexican restaurant that was amazing!  I love stopping off on the side of the road & trying new things.  This is where we took these pictures.

We stopped in a gas station somewhere & got a kick out of the fact that there was a table & chairs in the woman's bathroom.  We made it humerous & made a guy come take our picture.  GOOD LAUGHS!

{Yes, I put paper on the seat to be clean}- ha!

At another stop we picked up a local newspaper with all the people that were arrested that week in the county.  Totally for giggles & very interesting & intriguing.  We laughed for another hour until my stomach hurt.

What a great trip we all had.  I am so thankful for my blog so I can remember these special moments in my life.  BLESSED!

Today I had lunch with my girl Kelly & Melissa!  We enjoyed eating at Mellow Mushroom!

We are counting down the days...

I am officially an AUNT to a little niece or nephew today!  My brother & his wife found out & are revealing on Sunday!  AMEN!

Dallas Girls Trip- {Part 1}

Who doesn't love a road trip? An all girl weekend at that! Friday afternoon we all left town to head to Ambers in Ft. Worth Texas. If I had only knew what kind of amazing weekend was in store upon our arrival. Just wait, it gets better.

We had all kinds of NKOTB materials in hand ready for the 6 hours drive to the Big D for the concert that was to take place on Sunday.

We stopped into Sonic & Amy gave Amanda her Birthday present from her, wrapped in none other than NKOTB paper! Love it!

Shortly after we got in the car I added cutie to our dash board. We are on our way to see YOU guys! Although Jordan is my fav!

Right as we were leaving town we got the bright idea to get some shoe polish!

We call ourselves the "A" team because our names all start with "A"...

We stopped in at Buffalo Wild Wings after a long trip of giggles & decided to eat some good food before we made the rest of the drive.

When we got there Amber had this adorable pillow sitting on her porch welcoming us into her beautiful home!

She also had some amazing goodies waiting for us, along with some Pinot Noir wine!

The cupcakes were to DIE for... simply divine!

Amber had these adorable little goodies waiting on all of our beds! We each had our own room & it wast just so nice.

I love little gifts like this, says so much about a sweet friend!  My friend in Memphis, Lindsey, always has goodies like this waiting around her house for me & I love it!

The next day we all got up & around & had coffee with breakfast & then headed out for a day of shopping!

We stopped into Central Market for some amazing lunch outside on the patio.

After a full day of shopping we got dolled up & headed out to Joe T's in Ft. Worth for some much needed Mexican food. We grabbed a Taxi on the way.

Dinner at Joe T's was amazing.  We all love Mexican so being outside in the fresh air visiting was just great!  We even saw some entertainment!

After dinner we headed to the Stockyards for some cow girl time & we met these nice gentlemen that were giving horse rides so we hopped right on!

The night was ended at a fun place called, "Neon Moon" where everyone was line dancing having a good ole' time!  I love these girls to the "moon"!

This only started the weekend with my amazing friends, wait until the next post! =)

I have been recovering from being exhausted & loving every second of being with Avery.  We are sporting our 4th of July clothes every day until the 4th.  Happy Wendesday!
