Mommy & Daughter Pictures

I have been craving some cute pictures of Avery on this adorable red chair that my girlfriend Alyssa has! So today she came over & took pictures of me & Avery, in my backyard! I hadn't planned on getting in them, we were just going to capture some cute one's of her, but then I decided to make a quick change & get in there too & they turned out mighty cute! She couldn't have done better, I just love them all! I thought I would share... Enjoy!

After Surgery

Last night I truly enjoyed some down time with one of my good girlfriends Alyssa. I needed a Mommy moment so we enjoyed spending some quality time together after the kids were in bed!

Post sugery my sister in law has proven that she is a TRUE CHAMP! She has been doing amazing. I am so proud of her & can't believe that she is smiling & trying to have a good attitude despite her pain. Her sister & I enjoyed taking pics with her & making her smile & feel pretty in a yucky situation. I love these girls! We always seem to know how to have fun even when it's a bad situation...We enjoyed putting her lip gloss on her & watching her read her magazines!

Seriously? She got millions of flowers! These were a FEW from the first day! She got about a dozen more

the second day!!!

Avery enjoyed every second of spending time with her Aunt Sassy!

I bought Tiff this ring to make her feel fabulous before her surgery! She about had a fit she couldn't wear it in there, she wanted to wear it so bad! She is too cute!

Tiffany we are all still praying for you & hoping for a quick recovery! Blogger friends, thank you for the millions of e-mails & thoughts & prayers... MUCH APPRECIATED!

Update on Sister in Law

Tiffany is in surgery right now. We found out this morning that she broke her hip in 4 different places. She is getting a pin & rod placed & looks to be out of surgery in a few hours.

They think she could be out of work for several weeks & is going to another hospital for a week after she heals for some extensive physical therapy.

She is such a trooper. I touched up her make-up today for her in the hospital bed to make her feel better. She loves her make-up on! Im the same way, I had to have it on before I delivered Avery, haha! She is pretty drugged up & in a lot of pain but has that pretty smile on her face! Her mother & sister drove up from Memphis today & I got a picture of her with her sister in her room before surgery.

We are SO blessed to have family & friends that love us. She has had so many visitors today & flowers galore! I laughed when one friend called me & told me that the flower shop already had all her information! That's how busy they were with her friends! Tiffany is so thankful for her friends & family & wanted me to let everyone know she appreciates the prayers.

Please continue to pray for her now as she is headed into surgery...

Prayers needed...

So RIGHT after I posted earlier, I got a call from my mother stating that my sister in law Tiffany was in the Hospital.

Tonight she was mopping the floor at home & was trying to put something in her refrigerator after & slipped & completely flipped & landed on her hip. Unfortunetely she broke it. They are doing surgery on her sometime in the morning.

Tiffany is 30. She is my brothers wife. So young to be having a surgery this intense over a simple accident. Bless her heart. I was at the hospital with her & my family all night. She was so upset & worried about the surgery. We are all hating this for her as she will be out of work for awhile, & will be undergoing some physical therapy.

Please say a special prayer for her tonight & all day tomorrow as she is in surgery. Here is a picture of her & my brother. Thank you for your prayers.

Spring Fashion

I don't know about ya'll but I am ready for Spring! The sun has been shining around here for the past few days & it would be perfect if it was 70 degree's outside!

I hear that floral prints, corals, & denim of all things is in this year for Spring! Im not really into this floral thing, but I dig the corals & denim for sure! Hair accessories are going to be popular this Spring too! I can't wait!

What do you all think about the floral prints? Im not really feeling it but you will probably see me in it once or twice... I just can't get use to it...
