Last day of SEPTEMBER!

It's Friday! I am so excited that it's GARAGE SALE FRIDAY! Avery & I are getting up & around early & hitting some sales. We have a fun weekend ahead with some friends Saturday night. We are going to dinner & to this fun new yogurt shop in town! Sunday is our Pumpkin Patch Day with some of Avery's friends that my girlfriend organized for all of us & the kiddo's! It's called, "Pastries, pumpkins, & passies"! How cute is that!?

It's so hard to believe that about a year ago this was our little family at a pumpkin patch together. Wow my baby girl has grown. Kind of makes me sad, but these days are just so special to me. I can't get enough of her. Especially now that she is talking, it's just the highlight of my days. The Holidays are going to be really fun this year with her.



Today was school. She was so cute this morning in her little orange sweater. It's starting to be cooler in the mornings so I love putting her in little sweaters before school. Poor thing I put a huge thick headband on her head that made her ears stick out. Gotta love it!




I ran errands & then picked her up & got this sweet little picture. It is her first craft to me & Daddy. It made my day complete! With her my days are always complete.



We sat around all day & did some laundry & hung out around the house the rest of the afternoon.



This evening after Avery went to bed I went over to my sister in law's to make bows for our girls. We are dressing them alike for the Pumpkin Patch so we made a few bows & also some for a friend of hers. The pictures were taken on a phone so sorry for the blur.




I wanted to share this awesome BLOG with you that my friend Brenda just started. She is VERY talented & makes some super cute stuff & even sales to a local shop in our area that sales awesome stuff. I am so excited about her new side business because I already have some goodies to be ordered for Avery. These bibs are to die for! If you are a Razorback fan, (& I know you are), get an order in for these bibs!!!

A playdate kind of day!

We had such a busy day. We ran a few errands & then made our way over to my friend Serenity's to make hairbows & let our girls play! We enjoyed a nice lunch with the kid's & got started. Avery had a ball to say the least running around her house opening & closing all their doors she could find. Hilarious!

She took a nice nap on the way home & slept for about an hour after we got home. Then it was off to Chick Fil A for another date! We met up with the cousin's for some dinner. Avery & her cousins have a blast together! I love having momma time & hanging with my family too while the girls have fun playing. I feel so blessed to have great girls in my family! It's amazing how children can bring that bond even closer than ever before.

Avery was being a toot before we left for dinner. I kept telling her we were going to see Stella (her cuz) & she made this face & took off running!



She put on a prettier face for the slide once we got there!











This picture just makes me smile! This is pretty much how the girls are ALL THE TIME for pictures. HA! They were not wanting their pictures taken & we are all over the place. Too funny, but great times & memories.



And finally to end my day I finished up on a Razorback wreath that I am delivering tomorrow. My e-mail is blowing up with business so THANK YOU to all my customers.

My Fall/Halloween Decor!

I have finally finished with my Halloween/Fall decor. I am kind of embarrassed to say that my table has been finished since September 15th. I like Holiday decor up EARLY so I can really enjoy & savor every moment of it.

This year I decided to take a different route. While I LOVE fall, I wanted to throw a lot of spooky Halloween stuff in the mix. I am by no means goth, nor do I worship Halloween, I just think it's fun. That's all. I always remember as a kid the spooky fun parts of Halloween so I thought it would be a cute twist this year from all my fall decor. I did however do some fall throughout the house that you will see but I kept it light & simple. I wanted to be able to pack it up easily & move Christmas on in, HA! Man, sometimes I think I have a true sickness with how much I love this stuff!

I have all of these goodies on a cute table between my dining room/living room area. I love the piece on the bottom. I got the candle set for $.25 at a garage sale. I added some diamonds to spruce it up & it so far has been with me through every single Holiday. I just change out the candle sticks.

The fun "beware" sign was in the $1.00 shop at Target. But it was $2.50. You still can't beat that.







Most of these are throughout my living room & mainly kitchen area! Since I have a baby now that likes to move EVERYTHING I had to move alot of things, that are small & easy to poke into, up high! Im already nervous about Christmas & have some ideas up my sleeve.

One of my favorite little signs is the wine sign. I just thought it was too adorable! It's in my Kitchen hanging on the wall.

Avery has been playing in her room so much every day. I thought it was time for me to add a few little pumpkin additions to her room as well. I always remember my Mom being festive with us kid's growing up so I wanted to do the same for mine! To me it is all about giving them that memory. My Dad always took us on vacations growing up & he always said he wanted us to "remember the good times" & good things in life as a family. I like things that are sentimental & decorating for holidays makes me think of my family.

She loves her door mat to her little house. She always picks it up & moves it & says, "Mummy"- & points to it. Love it.






And finally- the front porch. I wanted it to match the Hallowen decor on the inside! The pumpkins & mums are coming this weekend after we go to the pumpkin patch!

I got the skull hanging at a garage sale for $.50 & the pretty tree with all the goodies on it years ago at a garage sale for $5.00. Im telling you, these little thingss come in handy!
